The GNU General Public License GNU GPL or simply GPL is a copyright license for free software created by Richard Stallman of the Free Software Foundation.
The GPL was originally created by Stallman for the GNU project which was an attempt to develop a free operating system as well the associated utilities, as a complete alternative to proprietary software. Stallman developed the GPL because early versions of GNU project utilities had a separate, and mutually incompatible license, for each program, which meant that the programs could not share code.

The Environmental Protection Agency has a tough time of keeping everyone happy. On one hand business owners and corporations piss and moan and complain about their over bearing enforcement, fines and regulations. On the other hand after all they do the environmentalist complain that they do not go far enough and so often let the companies off the hook too darn easy?
It is a wonder how the EPA survives under this level of anger and scrutiny. Nevertheless I have considered this and offer a suggestion on how the EPA can clean up its image and perhaps help the community clean up the crime in the process.

Avandia, generic rosiglitazone, was approved in 1999 by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) to treat type 2 diabetes. It is estimated that approximately six million people take the drug worldwide to treat type 2 diabetes. An article published in the New England Journal of Medicine in late May 2007 states that taking Avandia significantly increases the risk of heart attack in diabetes patients. In response to the article, the FDA issued a public safety alert advising people taking Avandia to consult their doctors regarding the cardiovascular risks associated with taking the drug.
